Earring and Non Painted hats Shipping Information
Due to COVID-19, shipping times can vary. Once your package has been handed over to the Canada Post, it is out of my control. I will always work with you to ensure the happiest experience, but things do happen. email: signedbysyghon@gmail.com if you are having issues.
All order are shipped within 3-5 business days unless specified otherwise. Signed by Syghon is not responsible for any package once it has been shipped and accepted by Canada Post. By purchasing from Signed by Syghon, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
Painted Fedora Shipping Information (Domestic)
Processing time is 5-15 business days. Shipped via Canada Post or UPS.
For U.S. orders please allow 2-8 business days for delivery. Holidays may prolong delivery.
Hawaii, Alaska, FPO/AP please allow 12-14 business days.

How will your hats be shipped?
Hats will be shipped in a clear cellophane bag with tissue paper around it to protect it from moving around in the box.
Returns
Signed by Syghon has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Items must be in brand new condition to be eligible for a return. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact signedbysyghon@gmail.com If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Signed by Syghon provides handmade jewelry. The nature of handmade products means that no two items are exactly the same. Please understand that slight variations may occur.
Signed by Syghon earrings are made with polymer clay, nickel-free earring posts, backs, and hardware, meaning they are totally safe for sensitive ears.
All items are inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality. However, if any part of your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact signedbysyghon@gmail.com.
Damages and Issues
*14 Day Damage Policy*
If you have selected TRACKED & INSURED shipping at checkout and your item becomes damaged due to manufactural errors such as; backing post comes off, jump ring breaks or earrings separate within 14 days of you RECEIVING your order, Signed by Syghon will do a one time replacement of this item.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact signedbysyghon@gmail.com immediately if any item in your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will determine if a refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
